   Create a bot

   In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot and follow the steps.

   Copy the token

   It looks like 123456789:AAE….

   Connect it

   Open Channels → Telegram → Connect and paste the token.

The bot answers right away. Voice notes (when Voice messages is on) and photos (when Understand images is on) are understood too. When your team closes a Telegram chat, the customer is asked to rate it from 1 to 5.
