Getting started
Plans and credits
How message credits work, what each plan unlocks and what happens when credits run out.
Message credits
Each AI reply uses credits — 1 for standard models, more for stronger ones (the cost is shown next to each model in the model picker). A few extras use credits too:
| What | Credits |
|---|---|
| AI reply | Depends on the model (1 for standard models) |
| Understanding a voice note or an image | A little extra, on top of the reply |
| Web search | Extra per search (shown on your plan page) |
| Help center AI search | One reply's credits per search |
| Copilot replies and "Ask your conversations" | Like one reply |
| Replies written by your team | Always free |
| Flow steps (buttons, questions, conditions) | Free |
| Replies with your own AI key | Free |
Credits reset every 30 days and are shared by all agents in your workspace. To stop one agent from using too many, set a usage limit. See your usage per day and per agent under Usage in the sidebar.
When credits run out
You get an email at 80% and 100% of your monthly credits (switch it off under Settings → Account → Usage warnings). At 100% the agent stops answering until the next period or until you upgrade — your team can still reply to every chat.
What plans unlock
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Depending on the plan you get:
- more message credits and more agents;
- more training data (MB of text) and more pages per website crawl;
- WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram channels;
- Actions (integrations, your API, MCP);
- daily auto-retrain of website sources;
- remove branding ("Powered by" in the chat);
- free test replies each month for tests;
- client workspaces on the Agency plan.
Plan limits are checked when you add knowledge. If you reach your plan's training limit, adding more sources (also through the API) is refused with "Training limit of your plan reached" until you remove sources or upgrade.
Paying
Upgrade under Settings → Plans & billing. See Billing and payments for bKash/Nagad, cards, coupons and cancelling.
