Refund policy
On this page
Payments we always refund
- A payment charged twice for the same plan and period.
- A payment taken after you cancelled, when the cancellation reached us before the renewal date.
- A paid month in which the service was unavailable for most of the period because of a fault on our side.
First payment
If AnytimeReply isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment on a monthly plan. We review each request and usually refund in full when little of the plan has been used.
What we don't refund
- Renewals after the first month, once the new period has started. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
- Unused message credits at the end of a period.
- Lifetime deals bought through a marketplace follow that marketplace's refund rules.
Card payments and cancelling
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and UPI payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, so their name may appear on your statement. Card plans renew monthly. Use Cancel renewal on the Billing page any time: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again. Approved card refunds go back to the same card, usually within 5–10 business days.
How to ask
Email our contact page from your account email with the payment reference (for example the transaction ID) and the reason. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back through the method you paid with.
