Knowledge & behaviour

Notion as a knowledge source

Train the agent on pages and databases from your Notion workspace.

  1. 1

    Create a Notion integration

Go to notion.so/profile/integrations and create an internal integration — Read content is enough. Copy its Internal Integration Secret (ntn_…).

  2. 2

    Share your pages with it

In Notion, open each page or database you want the agent to learn → ••• → Connections → add your integration. Sub-pages and databases inside come along.

  3. 3

    Connect it in AnytimeReply

Open Build → Data sources → Notion, paste the secret and — optionally — links to specific pages or databases, one per line. Leave the links empty to learn every page shared with the integration. Click Connect Notion.

What is learned

  • Headings, paragraphs, lists, to-dos, tables, quotes and code blocks.
  • Database rows with their properties (status, price, dates…). Rows that only have properties become one list per database.

Notion links aren't shown to your customers as sources, because Notion pages are usually private.

Keep it fresh

Retrain the source to pick up changes, or turn on daily auto-retrain (higher plans). The secret is stored encrypted and never shown again.
