October 2026

  1. Latest

Two-step verification, docs and comparison pages

Protect your account with an authenticator app, and find answers in our new docs.

    • Two-step verification: turn it on under Settings → Account. Logging in then asks for a code from Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password, with 10 recovery codes in case you lose your phone.
    • One Settings area: Account, Members, Plans & billing, API keys and Your AI key now live together. Google sign-up accounts can set a password, and you can sign out every other device in one click.
    • Docs: step-by-step guides for training, every channel, the inbox, billing and the API at /docs.
    • Compare and use-case pages: see how we stack up against Chatbase, AnyChat, Intercom and Tidio.
  2. Official WhatsApp API and your own AI key

Connect WhatsApp through Meta's official Business API, and use your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key on paid plans.

    • WhatsApp Business API: connect a number with its Phone number ID and a permanent token. QR connect stays available as the quick “Lite” option.
    • Your own AI key: on paid plans, connect an OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, DeepSeek or Groq key. Replies then use your key and no credits. If the key fails, we switch to our models automatically.
    • Continue with Google on the log-in and sign-up pages.
    • Password reset and email confirmation, plus an email when you've used 80% and 100% of your monthly credits.
  3. Escalate chats to Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Zoho Desk, Help Scout and Gorgias

Keep your helpdesk — the AI answers first and hands over with the full story.

    • When a chat needs a person, a ticket is created in your helpdesk with the customer's details, the reason, a summary and the full conversation.
    • Send to … from the inbox for any chat.
    • Later customer messages are added as private notes.
    • Replies sync back: answer in your helpdesk, and the customer gets it in their chat on any channel.

    See helpdesk escalation.

  4. New analytics: ask your conversations, active customers, topic map and countries

Understand what customers want without reading every chat.

    • Ask your conversations: ask a question in plain words and get an answer from your chats, with links to the conversations it came from.
    • Active customers: daily, weekly and monthly active customers, new vs returning, and stickiness.
    • Topic treemap: chats grouped into categories and topics, with unhappy topics flagged — and one click to regroup them with AI.
    • Countries: a world map of where your chats come from.

    See the analytics guide.

  5. Hello, AnytimeReply

A new name, a new website, and pricing in taka, rupees and dollars.

    • New name and look. AnytimeReply: AI support that never sleeps.
    • Pricing in your currency: taka in Bangladesh, rupees in India and US dollars everywhere else — switchable on the pricing page.
    • Any reply language: besides English and Bangla, type any language name and your agent replies in it.
    • Default and backup AI models: if a model has trouble, replies move to the backup automatically, so customers always get an answer.
  6. Contacts with custom attributes, and verified sign-in with JWT

Know who you are talking to, and let the AI and your actions use it.

    • Contacts now hold everyone — signed-in visitors, leads, WhatsApp and email customers, imports and API — with email, phone, your user ID, tags and custom attributes, plus all their chats.
    • Sign visitors in with a JWT (HS256) from your server: user ID, email, name and attributes in one token, checked on our side.
    • The AI sees the customer's details and can personalise answers.
    • Actions can use `{contact.email}`, `{contact.plan}` and any attribute in the URL or headers — filled from the record, not from what the customer types.
    • CSV import with headers that merges into existing contacts, and a Contacts API to create, look up, update and delete them.

    See the contacts guide.

  7. Helpdesk upgrade: notes, mentions, views, triggers and team performance

Work as a team inside every chat, automate the busywork, and see how each person is doing.

    • Internal notes with @mentions — teammates are notified in a new Mentions view and by email.
    • Saved views, personal or shared, next to My inbox, Unassigned, Mentions and more.
    • Triggers: when something happens and conditions match, set priority, tag, assign, move teams, add a note, email, post to Slack, call a signed webhook, reply or close.
    • Round-robin assignment, a cap on open chats per member, and a Busy status.
    • Custom ticket statuses with customer-facing labels.
    • AI compose (friendlier, shorter, fix grammar, translate to the customer's language) and Translate for customer messages.
    • Team performance: chats, replies, first response, time to close, CSAT and tickets per member.

    See the helpdesk guide.

  8. Meet Copilot: your agent's AI operations assistant

Ask Copilot how your agent is doing — it reads your chats and analytics, finds what to fix, and proposes changes you approve.

    • Ask in plain words, or start from Audit my agent, Improve the instructions, Fill knowledge gaps, Credits, Weekly insights or Write tests.
    • It looks at real data: analytics, unanswered questions, unhappy chats, credit use and tests.
    • Every change is a proposal with a diff — instructions, settings, Q&A, procedures, actions, guardrails, tests. Nothing changes until you approve.
    • Weekly insights email with the numbers that matter and what to do next.

    See the Copilot guide.

  9. Guardrails: spam detection, rate limits and blocking

Spam chats are paused automatically so they don't waste your credits, and you decide who can reach your agent.

    • AI spam detection checks chats after the 2nd, 4th, 8th and 16th message and pauses clear spam — with your own definition of spam.
    • Rate limit per visitor, with your own message.
    • Blocked countries hide the chat and the help center there.
    • Blocklists for IPs (with ranges), emails (or whole domains) and phone numbers.
    • Pause any chat from the inbox, and Block visitor in one click.

    See the guardrails guide.

  10. Interactive widgets and website actions

Answers can now appear as cards, lists, tables, order trackers and tap-to-choose options — and your agent can run actions right on your website.

    • Widgets: card, list, table, tracker and choices, filled from an action's answer or by the AI. Start from a template, describe it to the AI, and see a live preview with sample data.
    • A widget with a key updates in place (a cart, an order). On WhatsApp and other apps it's sent as a tidy text list.
    • Website actions run in the visitor's browser through \AnytimeReply.onAction\ — add to cart, apply a coupon, open a page — with the same safety rules as every action, and the agent answers with what your page returned.

See the widgets guide and actions guide.

  11. Procedures: step-by-step handling with rules the agent can't skip

Playbooks are now Procedures — with required steps, team approval and amount limits enforced on every action, and a trace of each run.

    • Write your team's way of handling refunds, exchanges or disputes as steps, or start from a template.
    • Required steps must be done first; approval steps always wait for your team; limits like *refund up to 50, above that a person approves*.
    • Mark an action Only inside procedures so it's never used outside one.
    • Runs shows every step, action, block, approval and handoff — and how often each procedure resolves the chat.

    See the procedures guide.

  12. Agent tests and side-by-side comparison

Describe a customer and what your agent must do, and run it whenever you change something — in a sandbox where nothing real happens.

    • Tests: fixed customer messages, or an AI that plays the customer you describe. Check which actions are used (or never used), whether the chat reaches your team, words replies must contain, and a requirement in your own words checked by AI.
    • Sample results for actions, verified customers, and optional real read-only lookups.
    • Run all after any change; every run shows each check and the full conversation.
    • Suggest tests writes ideas from your business, and Save as test turns any real chat into a test.
    • Compare versions: the same messages answered by two or three versions of your agent — model, creativity, instructions — side by side.

    See the tests guide.

  13. Agent actions: integrations, your own API and MCP — with built-in safety

Your agent can now check orders, book meetings and manage subscriptions — and only for verified customers, after they confirm.

    • Integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Cal.com, Calendly, HubSpot, Airtable and AfterShip — connect with a key, no code.
    • Your own API: save the address and key once (stored encrypted), then import every endpoint from an OpenAPI / Swagger file.
    • MCP servers: connect one and its tools become actions.
    • Safety built in: verified customers only (email code, signed-in users from your site, or messaging apps), confirm with the customer before anything changes, and optional team approval with a reply sent automatically.
    • Playbooks in plain steps, an API call step in flows, a test console and a run log for every call.

    See the actions guide.

  14. Learning from your team, and a daily report

The AI suggests Q&A from your team's replies, and a daily summary lands in your inbox, Telegram or WhatsApp.

    • Learning from your team: when a chat your team answered is closed, the AI suggests the reusable answers as Q&A. Review them under Activity → Needs review; nothing is added until you accept.
    • Daily report: new chats, AI replies, handoffs, leads, ratings, credits left and unanswered questions — every day at the hour you choose, by email, Telegram or WhatsApp. Turn it on under Settings → Notifications.
  15. Help center with AI search

Publish self-service articles your agent also learns, with AI search and your own domain.

    • Help center: publish articles in collections at your own link or on help.yourdomain.com, in your colours.
    • AI search: visitors ask a question and get a direct answer from your knowledge, with the articles to read more.
    • Draft with AI: write a first version of an article from what your agent already knows.
    • One source of truth: published articles are added to your agent's knowledge automatically.

    See the help center guide.

  16. Flows and proactive website messages

Draw guided conversations on a canvas, and greet website visitors before they ask.

    • Flows: build menus, order-status checks and lead qualification on a visual canvas — messages with buttons, questions that check emails and phone numbers, conditions, lead capture, AI steps and handoff. Flows run on every channel and use no credits. See Flows.
    • Website messages: show a short message next to the chat bubble after some seconds, on scroll, after a few pages or when a visitor is about to leave. See how often each one is shown, clicked and turned into a chat. Find it under Outbound → Website messages.
  17. The Agency plan: client workspaces under your brand

Run AI support for your clients from one login, with your own logo, domain and one shared pool of credits.

    • Client workspaces: each client gets their own agents, inbox, tickets and team. Switch between them from the sidebar.
    • Shared credits with caps: all clients use your plan's credits; set a monthly cap per client if you like.
    • White-label: your name and logo on clients' dashboards, login page and invitations, and “Powered by” your agency (or nothing) in their chat widgets.
    • Your own domain: clients can log in at app.youragency.com.
    • Client logins: give clients full access or let them answer chats only. Billing always stays with you.

See the agencies page and the guide.

  18. Tickets, email support and comment auto-replies

Connect your support inbox, track issues as tickets, and answer Facebook and Instagram comments automatically.

    • Email channel: connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any IMAP/SMTP mailbox (or forward emails). The AI replies in the same thread from your own address, or leaves email to your team. See Email and tickets.
    • Tickets: every email becomes a ticket with a status, priority and owner. Your reply moves it to “waiting on customer”; the customer's reply reopens it. Any chat can be turned into a ticket with Make ticket.
    • Comment auto-replies: reply publicly and by private message to comments on your Facebook posts and Instagram media — with AI or your own text, keyword filters and a like. Turn it on under Channels → Comments.
