Cookie policy
Besides the cookies the service needs to work, our own website and dashboard use analytics and advertising cookies, which you can accept or reject. The chat widget and our mobile app use none of them.
On this page
On this website and the dashboard
- Sign-in cookie keeps you logged in to your dashboard. It is set only when you sign in and is removed when you sign out.
- Preferences such as a collapsed sidebar are saved in your browser's local storage, not sent to us.
- Your cookie choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.
Analytics and advertising cookies
- Google Analytics (cookies such as
_gaandFPID) counts visits and shows which pages and features people use. - Meta Pixel (cookies such as
_fbpand_fbc) measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram, for example how many people signed up or bought a plan after seeing an ad. - Measurement data is first sent to our own tagging server and passed on to Google and Meta from there. For signed-in account holders it includes a one-way hashed (SHA-256) email address and user ID, never the plain email address.
- In the EU, the UK and Switzerland these cookies stay off until you accept them. Elsewhere they are on unless you reject them.
In the chat widget on our customers' websites
- The widget saves a random visitor ID and the open conversation in the visitor's browser storage, so a chat continues when the visitor moves to another page.
- It doesn't track visitors across other websites.
Your choices
You can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our website.
You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing them signs you out and starts a new chat in the widget. More about the data we process is in our privacy policy.
