What is a message credit?

Each AI reply uses credits. Standard models use 1 credit per reply and more powerful models use more; the cost is shown next to each model. Understanding a voice note or image, and each web search, uses a little extra. Replies written by your team, flow steps and spam that was paused are free.

What happens when I run out of credits?

The agent pauses until next month or until you upgrade. Your data, chats and settings stay safe, and your team can still reply from the inbox. You get an email at 80% and 100% of your credits.

How do I pay?

Choose a plan in your dashboard. In Bangladesh you can pay with bKash or Nagad today. Card payments for other countries are coming soon — until then, contact us and we'll set up your plan.

What's included on the free plan?

One agent trained on your website, the website chat and help page, the helpdesk inbox, flows, tests, Copilot, analytics and guardrails. Messaging channels, actions and helpdesk escalation start on the first paid plan.

Do team members cost extra?

No. Each plan includes team members — three per AI agent in your plan — with admin and support roles.

Can I use my own AI key?

Yes, on any paid plan. Connect an OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, DeepSeek or Groq key and replies use your key and no credits. If the key fails, replies switch to our models automatically.

Do tests use credits?

Every plan includes free test replies each month. After that, tests use normal credits. Tests run in a sandbox, so nothing real happens.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your agents and data carry over.

Which currency will I pay in?

Prices show in taka for Bangladesh, rupees for India and US dollars everywhere else. You can switch the currency above the plans.
